DIA 2026 Innovation Theater – Session Recording Ingest Form

Session recordings will be delivered as a screen-record capture of the program feed presented in the Innovation Theater. This includes all on-screen content (presentations, videos, live demos, etc.) along with any associated program audio routed through the system.

No camera capture is included. Presenters and audience will not appear on video unless they are part of the shared screen content.

Final files will be provided as a single continuous video per session, beginning at the start of active content and ending at the conclusion of the presentation. Basic trimming will be applied to remove dead air at the beginning and end where applicable. No post-production editing, color correction, or audio sweetening is included.

Files will be delivered in a standard digital format (MP4, H.264) via download link no later than Friday, June 26.
