What’s Included?

• The Site Visit Strike Team ($2,500 Value): We will fly our Technical Director to your venue for a full day to laser-measure the room, check the power, and audit the rigging points.
  We pay for the flight.
• The General Session “Digital Twin” ($3,000 Value): We will create a 3D Render of your stage design. You will see exactly what the audience sees—lighting, branding, and screens—before we build it.
• The Breakout Capacity Check ($2,000 Value): We will CAD up to 15 breakout rooms to guarantee your seating capacity and screen sightlines are perfect.
• Total Value: ~$7,500. Your Cost: $0.00

• Must be a new SPL client with a conference in 2026.
• Must have a general session budget  >$125k
• Must have a strong desire for certainty in AV production
