3. “No Surprises” Labor Guarantee
The labor we quote is the labor you pay for. We take great pride in our value as your AV integration partner – and being able to accurately quote a project’s cost is an important part of that.
We are so confident in our labor quoting accuracy, we will cover any unforeseen overtime hours that accrue beyond the labor quote in our contracted scope of work.
Full disclosure: The promise is outside of client-driven scope changes, undisclosed/unknown location challenges, changes in union requirements, and other unforeseen challenges outside of our control. However, when those issues arise, we will address them with you in a transparent manner.

4. Transparent Change Order Process & Approval
We will not add any changes to your invoice unless it was approved and signed for.
Throughout your project we will notify you of any changes for full transparency before the final invoice with no surprises.

5. Equipment Performance & Assurance
If any SPL provided equipment fails during installation, we will replace it at no additional cost. This includes the extra labor and shipping costs. With our service plans, the cost of labor to exchange failing equipment is covered for the duration of the agreement.

6. Bandwidth & Network Integrity Check
We work with your information technology team to ensure the audio visual network and your existing enterprise network function seamlessly together. We will provide our full-time network engineers who are eager to collaborate with your team.

We will provide consistent updates over the course of the design and installation of your system. As part of this, you will also receive detailed design drawings for your installation project for review and approval. This keeps everyone aligned with your team and any other contractor involved. Once SPL installs your system, you will receive an updated “as built” version for your records.
